Aquarama Whistleblower Channel

At Aquarama, we are committed to ethics, transparency, and regulatory compliance. The Ethics Hotline is a confidential tool available to employees, partners, suppliers, and third parties to report irregularities or conduct that violates our Code of Conduct.

This channel meets the requirements established by the Law 2/2023, of February 20, regulating the protection of people who report regulatory violations and the fight against corruption.

Channel Guarantees

Aquarama's Whistleblower Channel guarantees:

  • Confidentiality: The identity of the informant and the people mentioned is protected at all times.
  • Protection against retaliation: Any retaliatory action against anyone who submits a communication in good faith is prohibited.
  • Anonymity: Communications can be made anonymously.
  • Follow-up: All communications receive acknowledgment of receipt within a maximum of 7 calendar days.
  • Resolution: The maximum resolution period is 3 months from receipt of the communication.

What can be reported?

  • Irregular conduct or conduct contrary to the Aquarama Code of Conduct.
  • Serious or very serious criminal or administrative offenses.
  • Infringements of European Union law.
  • Actions against data protection regulations.
  • Tax fraud, money laundering or terrorist financing.
  • Irregularities in matters of food safety, environmental protection or workplace safety.

This channel is not for receiving or processing any requests, complaints, or claims directed to customer service. In such cases, please use the contact form found on our website, under the "Contact" tab.
