Park Rules

To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all visitors, we ask that you respect the following rules.

General rules

Food and drinks are allowed inside the venue.

For safety reasons, glass containers and sharp objects, such as tin cans, are not permitted. The park also has several food and beverage outlets where you can enjoy our famous waffles. Please remember to use the yellow recycling bins located throughout the park.

Aquarama only accepts tickets and promotions purchased through official channels.

The prices shown at the ticket office are valid for the day of your visit. Discount vouchers (2x1, 3x2) dated within the current season will only be applied to ticket office prices and not to the afternoon rate.

To apply any discount, you must present the corresponding documentation along with your ID. Only valid official documentation will be accepted.

Tickets must be kept throughout the visit and shown to staff upon request.

Access to and stay at Aquarama implies acceptance of these rules and the general conditions of the park.

Access and stay

Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult at all times while in the park. Otherwise, an adult must assume responsibility for them by obtaining the corresponding authorization from the Customer Service Office.

You will not be allowed to leave the park with the intention of re-entering before 12:00 PM. After that time, to leave and re-enter, you must validate your exit with park staff and have the corresponding stamp. A maximum of three exits per ticket per day is allowed.

No animals are allowed on the premises, with the exception of guide dogs.

Parking vehicles in the parking lot does not imply a custody or surveillance contract.

Safety on rides

Each attraction has minimum height requirements and other usage conditions that must be respected at all times. Please check the specific signage for each facility before using it.

Access to and use of electronic devices (mobile phones, cameras, smartwatches, etc.) is not permitted at the attractions.

Access to the attractions is also prohibited with personal items that may cause damage or be lost, such as glasses, rings, chains or watches.

Only suitable swimwear must be worn when using the attractions and swimming pools.

Leaving a queue means losing your turn and having to queue again.

Hygiene and usage guidelines

For hygiene reasons, it is mandatory to shower before entering the aquatic areas.

Accessibility

Companions must pay the established fee. A companion will only be admitted free of charge when the person with a disability requires assistance and this is documented in the official records provided. In that case, the same companion must accompany the person with a disability throughout the visit.

For more information on accessibility and special needs, it is recommended to contact the park before your visit.

Code of conduct

Smoking or vaping is prohibited throughout the premises, except in the areas expressly designated.

The use of the park's public address system to try to locate any person is strictly prohibited.

Aquarama reserves the right of admission and expulsion from the premises, without the right to a refund, in case of non-compliance with the rules, inappropriate behavior, violent attitudes, disrespect, disturbance of the peace or fraudulent use of tickets.

Responsibility and personal belongings

Aquarama is not responsible for any damages that customers may suffer as a result of non-compliance with these rules.

The park is not responsible for lost items.

Items lost on attractions can only be retrieved when operating conditions permit.

Return and date exchange policy

Tickets are non-refundable.

Tickets purchased online can be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the visit via the provided form.
