Enjoy Aquarama in a safe environment.

At Aquarama What matters most to us is the safety of our customers. We want you to come and enjoy the best water attractions, but in a environment free from any danger. That's why we have a total of [number of] employees. 55 lifeguards who take turns covering the 42 existing security posts. They are responsible for providing that security not only during the time the park is open to the public but even before, since Every day they test all the attractions to make sure they are in perfect condition before opening.
Each attraction is always supervised by three lifeguards., ...even four at peak times, and they are constantly rotating From one post to another. How does this rotation process work? For the first 50 minutes after opening, the security guards are in a specific location, and the rotation begins at 11:50 a.m. Each lifeguard is in the same location for only half an hour., after which it is exchanged with another companion from the nearest attraction.
The purpose of this constant exchange is to avoid monotony, to prevent distractions, and have all their senses focused on each other. We have several very original mechanisms to check that the lifeguards are attentive. One of them is to throw a ball into the water and, as if it were a person, they must get it out of the pool in a maximum of five seconds. In addition, They periodically conduct rescue and CPR drills when the park is closed.

Also, this summer we have introduced one more improvement. Each of the Aquarama lifeguards wears a t-shirt with an assigned number., No two numbers are the same, so you always know which lifeguard was where and at what time. What's the purpose of these numbers? To let you know which lifeguard helped you get the most out of the attraction.
If you wish to congratulate that employee, you only need to refer to the number on their shirt. You can go to the information point at the park entrance or contact us through our social media to leave your thanks and brighten their day. At Aquarama, we're all one big family, and we want you to feel like you're part of it too. We don't know the day or time you'll come, but we are sure of one thing: We will do everything possible to ensure you enjoy yourselves and feel as safe as possible.
And remember, if they call you out, it's SOLELY for your safety.
