How to make the most of your day at the park
You've been waiting all year for that magical day you'll spend at Aquarama with your favourite people. You've bought your advance ticket and even managed to benefit from one of our star combos, the waffle pack. So the day arrives and you want to enjoy it to the last minute possible. Drawing on the wisdom of the #WinnersDelVerano who have spent their holidays at Aquarama for years, here are the definitive tips to make the most of your visit:
Come to the park a little before it opens if you want to be among the first to get in. It's also cooler and you'll enjoy everything a lot more.
2. Are you planning to leave things in the cloakroom and also want to hire sun loungers or grab that perfect picnic spot? Then divide and conquer. There's no need for the whole family to wait to enter the cloakroom; you can form small teams to ensure you get a sun lounger next to your favourite attraction or the perfect spot to eat with your group. Our advice is to always go and choose where you want to spend your day at Aquarama first. What's more, the sooner you set up your base camp, the sooner you can start enjoying the attractions.
3. These core summer weeks are when we receive the most visitors, and that means you'll often have to wait a few minutes before you can use an attraction. What if we start the day bright and early by hopping on our favourite rides? At the very beginning and very end of the day, you'll always be able to enjoy the park more peacefully.
4. We know it's difficult to change habits, but our self-service restaurant has extended its opening hours this year and now starts serving meals from 12:30 PM. If you've arrived at the park early, it might be a good idea to take advantage of these new hours to have a relaxed meal, and after a short break, get back to it.
5. Better with water shoes. If you don't want to be constantly worrying about your flip-flops, we recommend coming to the park wearing water shoes (also known as aquashoes). You can move around the park comfortably in them, and they can be worn on the attractions. If you're wearing flip-flops, remember you can take them up to the attractions with you and hold them in your hands when you go down the slides. Please don't leave them lying around the park!
6. The waffle is the king of Aquarama, we know this and the thousands who visit us every summer. We also know that it's one of your favourite snacks, especially for the little ones, who tend to get hungry at the same time, so we recommend that one of the adults always goes to get the waffles before they're even hungry. And yes, we have trays.
