At Aquarama, fun is guaranteed, but we also believe that safety, respect for other users, and following the lifeguards' instructions are fundamental. Coexistence in the park is essential so that everyone enjoys an incredible day.
As we know how easy it is to get swept up in the excitement of a day at the park, we've teamed up with illustrator Carlos Toledo (T_ Diary) to create some vignettes, distributed throughout the park, that remind us of those little things that help make a day at Aquarama perfect with a knowing smile.

To have a good time you need a clean and tidy space; around the entire enclosure you will find the necessary bins for each type of waste. In addition to having an unforgettable day, you will be contributing to the care of the environment…

At Aquarama we don't have Fast Pass, but if you see someone being given priority access to attractions, it's because they are a person with functional diversity and a specific type of disability. All visitors have the opportunity to enjoy the best day of the summer. We like to think of it as our ‘Hero Pass’!

Follow the lifeguards' instructions and, if in doubt, always go to them. It is important to know the rules of the park and attractions so that your day goes smoothly. The lifeguards look out for your safety, and we assure you that they want the best for you and for you to have an unbeatable experience.

Remember to wear suitable footwear; water shoes are your best allies as you can use them on the attractions and avoid burning the soles of your feet. And remember that you can safely store unnecessary items in the cloakroom service and enjoy the attractions with complete freedom.

A good atmosphere among Aquarama users is essential. Everyone is looking for a similar experience, full of fun, joy, and adventure. Pay attention to the signs to know, for example, where the designated smoking areas are, where you can eat, etc.

The aim is to have a fantastic time and create a unique summer experience, worthy of a lifelong memory.
Fun and creativity share more than just space within Aquarama.
